Adam Anderson has been practicing law since 2009 and is licensed in Nevada, Utah, and Washington. Mr. Anderson’s legal experience is broad, having previously practiced with a large central-Washington law firm prior to deciding to return to his hometown in Mesquite, Nevada in 2016.

Mr. Anderson’s experience includes representation of diverse clients, including individuals, business, non-profits, municipalities, and quasi-municipal entities. As part of his practice, Adam has guided clients in business entity formation and dissolution, business licensing, insurance disputes, drafting and negotiating business agreements, franchising, and general business-related advice. Adam’s real estate transactional experience ranges from handling routine residential real estate sales to assisting clients navigate multi-million dollar commercial transactions. Adam has also assisted clients with conducting real estate contract forfeitures, fixing real estate title problems, and negotiating and preparing real estate-related documents and agreements.

In addition to Mr. Anderson’s business and transactional experience, he is not a stranger to the courtroom, having handled criminal litigation (in his representation of municipalities) and civil litigation from inception through trial (including trials before juries).

Mr. Anderson is fluent in Spanish, having lived two years in the Dominican Republic and then later receiving a Bachelors Degree in Spanish Translation. Adam’s language abilities provide a unique resource for his practice and his Spanish-speaking clients.

Throughout Mr. Anderson’s practice he has been involved in the communities where he’s lived, and he looks forward to being “back home” in Mesquite and providing services to clients in Nevada and Utah.
