Thomas Richards’ primary areas of practice are estate planning, business law, real estate law, and civil litigation. Prior to joining Barney McKenna & Olmstead, P.C., Tom worked in estate planning in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Tom served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Germany.

Tom and his wife, Elisha, are expecting the arrival of their first child.
