SUMMER ASSOCIATES

Our future success depends on the professional growth and development of our young attorneys. While there are many law firms to choose from, we believe our firm is unique because of the emphasis we place on the proper development of our associates.

We are interested in candidates with outstanding academic achievement, who have participated in various law school activities including moot court, law review, or other activities demonstrating a commitment to learning, development, and service.

Our Summer Associate Program is designed to meet several objectives. First, we want our summer associates to learn as much as possible about the firm, our staff, and our practice. Equally important, we want each summer associate to get a serious introduction to the practice of law and to begin to develop into a first-rate lawyer. Finally, we want each participant to get to know the communities in which we work and the quality of life we enjoy in Southern Utah and Southern Nevada.

To meet these objectives, we believe in offering our summer associates a realistic glimpse of their future as a lawyer in our firm. Our associates are given opportunities to work in a variety of disciplines and to take on real legal situations early and often. In addition, associates are able to manage their own workload and are given great freedom to determine their own practice areas.
