BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Mr. Halvorsen has represented local and national business
entities as well as individual business owners in corporate and business
transactional matters. He regularly prepares and negotiates transaction
documents and assists his clients in all aspects of their business.
Mr. Halvorsen represents local developers and individuals on real estate
matters including transactions and leasing. Mr. Halvorsen has also practiced
in the area of commercial litigation.
Mr. Halvorsen is active in the Las Vegas Chapter of the CEO - CFO
Group and is a regular attendee at the local chapter of the Turnaround
Management Association. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.
In 2007, Mr. Halvorsen published an article in the Communique, the
Clark County Bar Association publication, about changes in Nevada’s
resident agent law. Also in 2007, Mr. Halvorsen received an Award of
Merit from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for
his work on a child custody matter. While in law school, Mr. Halvorsen
was an articles editor for the Journal of Law & Technology.
Mr. Halvorsen manages the firm’s Mesquite, Nevada office. He
and his family live in Bunkerville, Nevada.
