EXPERIENCE
Bryan Pack joined Barney McKenna & Olmstead, P.C. in 2003 after practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bryan practices primarily in the Business Law and Estate Planning areas where his goal is to help clients protect their assets. Bryan strongly believes that with proper planning, many costly legal disputes that can deplete business and personal assets can be avoided.
Bryan is skilled in methods of alternative dispute resolution and has helped many clients resolve their business and real estate disputes before costly litigation.
During law school, Bryan clerked as an extern with the Honorable Paul J. Kelley of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and with the U.S. Department of Interior, Office of the Solicitor, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He also participated as a member of the BYU Moot Court Team and was an editor of the BYU Journal of Public Law.
Bryan served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Arkansas, Tennesee, and Mississippi.

"Regulatory Takings: Correcting the Supreme Court’s Wrong Turn in Tahoe Sierra Preservatoin Counsel v. Tahoe Regional Planning Agency," published in the Winter 2003 edition of the BYU Journal of Public Law.
"Best Brief" for written advocacy in the annual BYU First Year Moot Court Competition.
Represented BYU in the annual American Bar Association Negotiation Competition for three consecutive years.
INTERESTS
In his spare time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and participating in sports and other outdoor activities. Bryan has climbed both Mt. Whitney, the highest mountain in the lower forty-eight states, and the Grand Teton, a spectacular mountain located near Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming.
